Binghatti Holding has launched its new project, “Binghatti Hills,” marking its first fully integrated villa community in Dubai, amid strong interest from investors.

The launch event witnessed remarkable turnout from the early hours, with long queues forming for registration and for reviewing project details.

This strong attendance reflects the robust demand in Dubai’s real estate market and its ability to attract liquidity as soon as new value-added projects are introduced, particularly in the villa and townhouse segment, which continues to see rising demand amid limited supply.

“Binghatti Hills” is located between Dubai Academic City and Emirates Road, a strategic location that enhances its appeal alongside the ongoing urban expansion in the area.
