Zuma Riyadh Unveils a Special Eid Al Adha Edition of Its Iconic “Baikingu Brunch”

In celebration of Eid Al Adha, Zuma Riyadh invites guests to experience a special edition of its renowned “Baikingu Brunch” throughout the Eid holiday.

Blending contemporary Japanese flavours with live cooking stations and immersive dining experiences, the brunch reflects Zuma’s distinctive style and vibrant atmosphere. Guests will also enjoy complimentary Saudi coffee served throughout the experience, adding a local touch inspired by the festive spirit of Eid.

Set within Zuma’s vibrant atmosphere and accompanied by live DJ performances throughout the afternoon, the Eid experience brings together unlimited live stations, signature contemporary Japanese flavours, interactive dining moments, and festive touches curated exclusively for the holiday weekend.

Crafted by Zuma’s Head Chef, guests are invited to explore an extensive selection of dishes across hot and cold live stations, alongside the restaurant’s signature sushi and robata counters. Highlights include shrimp tempura with lime and chilli dip, chilli lemon chicken karaage, and prawn maki with tenkasu, avocado, and wasabi mentaiko sauce.

Throughout the brunch experience, Zuma’s live robata station showcases a selection of signature dishes prepared fresh by the restaurant’s chefs, including spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli, and sweet soy, miso-marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf, and barley miso-marinated baby chicken roasted on cedar wood.

Guests are also invited to discover Zuma’s signature dessert room, featuring an unlimited selection of desserts and seasonal sweet creations, adding to the vibrant atmosphere and interactive culinary experience that define the Eid edition of Baikingu Brunch, offering a lively setting to celebrate the holiday with family and friends.
