28 September 2026: Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), has announced the opening of Formula E Karting at SEVEN ABHA, in partnership with ABB Formula E. The attraction is the first Formula E Karting experience of its kind in the world to open to the public, offering an integrated experience that combines technology inspired by Formula E cars with the excitement of competition and interactive entertainment. It gives families and motorsport enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy an experience inspired by the atmosphere of the championship.

The indoor attraction features a 428-metre track and a range of electric karts designed for adult and junior drivers, as well as dual-seater karts. The experience incorporates advanced technology and has been developed in line with high safety standards to provide an integrated experience suitable for guests of different ages and skill levels.

Beyond the track, the experience includes interactive spaces, exhibits and displays showcasing the world of Formula E, its history and the innovations that have contributed to the development of electric racing. It also highlights sustainability by introducing visitors to innovative solutions in this field, aiming to inspire them to explore technology through the world of Formula E while enjoying an experience that brings together racing, entertainment and interaction.

SEVEN ABHA is the first of four SEVEN destinations set to feature Formula E Karting in the Kingdom, with additional locations planned at SEVEN Al HAMRA in Riyadh, Dammam and Al Kharj, as part of the partnership between SEVEN and Formula E.
