Lulu Retail has strengthened its presence in Saudi Arabia with the opening of a new hypermarket in Al Orouba, Dammam. The expansion is part of the group\u2019s continued support for Saudi Arabia\u2019s Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The new store was officially inaugurated by Engr. Fayez Bin Ali Al Asmari, Head of Municipality \u2013 West Dammam, and Engr. Ibrahim Abu Abaah, General Secretary \u2013 Albeer Association and Yusuffali M.A, Chairman of Lulu Group.<\/p>\n

Spanning 81,268 sq. ft., the new hypermarket offers a wide range of products including groceries, electronics, home furnishings, stationery, and toys. Ample parking and exclusive inaugural promotions ensure a convenient and value-driven shopping experience for all customers.<\/p>\n

Lulu Launches New Solar Project to Support Green Energy Goals<\/p>\n

As part of its commitment to sustainability, LuLu Group also inaugurated its solar power project at the Central warehouse facility in Eastern Province.<\/p>\n

The 707.7 kWp rooftop solar plant, developed in partnership with the Kanoo-CleanMax joint venture, was launched by Yusuffali M.A, Chairman of Lulu Group in the presence of Ahmed Abdulla Ali Mohamed Kanoo, Director of Kanoo , Talal Fawzi Ahmed Ali Kanoo, President of Kanoo\u00a0 and Manoj K Tripathy, CEO of Kanoo Industrial & Energy.<\/p>\n

The plant will generate over 1.19 million kWh of green energy annually, reducing the group\u2019s carbon emissions by approximately 535 tons per year.
