Kimpton KAFD Riyadh marked Saudi National Day with the unveiling of a permanent mural on the terrace walls of its signature restaurants, Ziya and Botanica. Created by acclaimed Saudi artist Noura Binsaidan, the artwork reflected Kimpton’s bold personality and heartfelt approach to hospitality, blending the brand’s global identity with the rich spirit of Saudi culture in a modern, expressive way.

While the mural remains as a permanent feature at the hotel, its debut on Saudi National Day underscores Kimpton KAFD Riyadh’s pride in celebrating this national occasion and its commitment to being part of the Kingdom’s cultural landscape.

“Saudi National Day is a proud moment for the Kingdom, and it is an honor for us to share the unveiling of this permanent mural on such a meaningful occasion,” said Rabih Beaino, General Manager of Kimpton KAFD Riyadh. “The mural at Ziya and Botanica’s terrace reflects Kimpton’s lifestyle-driven approach to hospitality and our deep appreciation for Saudi culture. Its permanent presence continues to welcome guests and symbolize creativity, connection, and community long after the celebrations concluded.”

The artwork reflects the lifestyle luxury, creativity, and connection that are core to Kimpton’s philosophy, while embracing the vibrancy of Riyadh. Positioned at the terrace shared by Ziya and Botanica, the mural serves as an inspiring focal point, inviting guests to connect with both the hotel’s global identity and its local cultural setting.

Artist Noura Binsaidan commented on her vision: “This mural was inspired by Kimpton’s bold identity and the richness of Saudi culture. I wanted to create something timeless and expressive that celebrates creativity and a sense of belonging. Revealing it on Saudi National Day is especially meaningful, as it allows the piece to become part of a day of national pride while remaining a lasting symbol of hospitality and culture for years to come.”

Situated in the heart of Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District, Kimpton KAFD Riyadh continues to define itself as a destination where lifestyle, art, and hospitality converge. The unveiling of this mural further highlights the hotel’s commitment to offering soulful, creative experiences that resonate with both international travelers and the local community.
