Intersec Saudi Arabia, which took place at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre (RICEC) from September 29 to October 1, showcased a significant increase in scale and international presence, featuring a record-breaking 434 exhibitors from 40 countries.<\/p>\n
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Minister of Interior, and in association with the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Intersec Saudi Arabia was officially opened by Prince Dr Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Bin Ayyaf Al Muqrin, Private Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Vice Minister of Interior.<\/p>\n
The event served as a vital meeting point for the global and regional security, safety, and fire protection industries, welcoming 23,894 visitors.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s edition recorded a 12.5% year-on-year increase in trade buyers, reaffirming the growing commercial significance of the event for the Kingdom\u2019s rapidly expanding security and safety sectors.<\/p>\n

With an expanded footprint covering 30,000 sqm gross across seven exhibition halls, Intersec Saudi Arabia 2025 presented the latest technologies and solutions across five sectors which included Commercial & Perimeter Security, Homeland Security & Policing, Cybersecurity, Fire & Rescue, and Safety & Health.<\/p>\n

The event\u2019s conference programme was a key highlight, featuring two flagship summits tailored to the Saudi market. The two-day Future Security Summit, powered by ASIS International \u2013 Dhahran Chapter, brought together global thought leaders, policymakers, innovators and industry professionals to explore the technologies, partnerships and policies reshaping global security.<\/p>\n
Representatives from Saudi Civil Defense, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Aramco, FIFA and Abu Dhabi Police, among many other leading organisations, highlighted vital topics at the Future Security Summit, including cross-border security, mega event protection and the security implications of AI.<\/p>\n
The Fire Protection & Technology Summit, which took place throughout Intersec Saudi Arabia, addressed the evolving fire safety landscape through impactful conversations with industry leaders, regulatory authorities and international experts.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s edition included a groundbreaking new collaboration with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), which hosted a dedicated programme on the second day of the event, delivering world-class expertise in fire protection and safety practices tailored to the Saudi market.<\/p>\n
For the first time, all conference sessions were CPD-certified, offering delegates the opportunity to earn recognised professional credits while engaging with industry-leading insights.<\/p>\n
