The cold mezze<\/em> selection features classics such as creamy hummus<\/em>, smoky moutabal<\/em>, alongside specialty salads like fattoush<\/em> and tabbouleh<\/em>. Hot mezze<\/em> options include perfectly fried kibbeh<\/em> and hand-rolled sambousek<\/em>. Freshly baked in-house, mankoushe<\/em> varieties are topped with traditional ingredients like the aromatic blend of za’atar<\/em> and olive oil, melted Akkawi<\/em> cheese or savoury minced lamb. The grill section is a highlight, featuring meats and poultry, including shish<\/em> taouk<\/em>, various styles of kabab and lamb chops, all cooked over charcoal for a distinctive smoky flavour.
