Available daily from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on weekends from 1:00 PM till 8:00 PM the new offer introduces a more accessible and convivial way to experience Carbone, extending its appeal beyond traditional fine dining into a more relaxed, social format.<\/p>\n

Designed with togetherness at its core, Selection of Carbone<\/em> invites guests to curate their own feast, beginning with a selection of antipasti and salads that set the tone for the meal. From the Shrimp<\/strong> Cocktail<\/strong> with poached red prawns and classic cocktail sauce, to the Carpaccio<\/strong> Piemontese<\/strong> featuring marbled tenderloin, walnut, cremini mushrooms and black truffle dressing, each dish reflects the restaurant\u2019s signature balance of richness and refinement. Light options such as the House<\/strong> Chopped<\/strong> salad with tri-color lettuce, roasted mushrooms and marinated chickpeas, or the Caesar alla ZZ<\/strong> offer freshness while maintaining bold flavor profiles.<\/p>\n

The menu follows with Carbone\u2019s celebrated pasta selection, featuring iconic dishes designed for sharing. From Angel<\/strong> Hair<\/strong> with fresh chilies, garlic and peppercorn, to the restaurant\u2019s world-famous Spicy Rigatoni<\/strong>, each plate is crafted to deliver comfort and depth. Fusilli<\/strong> Pomodoro<\/strong> with heirloom cherry tomatoes and parmesan, alongside Fettuccine con Funghi <\/strong>with mushroom ragu and pecorino, further highlight the kitchen\u2019s dedication to classic Italian flavors elevated with precision.<\/p>\n
