SAB Invest, the investment arm of Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB), and Retal Urban Development Company today announced the launch of the Real Estate Fund \u2013 a SAR1.9 billion CMA-regulated real estate investment fund.<\/p>\n

In a statement, the company said the fund is structured to optimize capital efficiency and risk management, with SAB committing financing of up to 50% of the total investment value. This commitment reflects the strength of the underlying asset and the confidence of the partners in the project\u2019s long-term potential.<\/p>\n

The CMA-regulated structure is designed to attract institutional and qualified investors seeking exposure to Riyadh\u2019s dynamic real estate market, while generating sustainable and long-term returns.<\/p>\n
