22 January 2024<\/span><\/b>: Investcorp Capital plc (the \u201cCompany\u201d <\/b>or \u201cInvestcorp Capital\u201d<\/b>), a provider of capital and capital financing services in the alternative investments space, announced that its board of directors will meet on February 11, 2024 to consider the payment of an interim dividend based on 8% annualized yield on net asset value of the Company, subject to the availability of distributable reserves, earnings and other relevant factors as determined by the Company. <\/span><\/p>\n
