On Saturday 1st<\/sup> June, ahead of International Day of Yoga, lululemon is hosting a series of yoga and mindfulness sessions at The St. Regis Via Riyadh, Riyadh and Shangri La, Jeddah. With an expected attendance of 1,200 guests, the sessions are open to all experience levels, free to attend and will be led by lululemon ambassadors and certified yoga instructors.<\/p>\n

Yoga is so much more than movement \u2013 it encourages mindfulness, community and connecting to your body and mind. The event will include multiple sessions to choose from, offering guests both movement and stillness for physical and mental balance.<\/p>\n

Hela Hijai, Riyadh lululemon Ambassador and a seasoned yoga instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience and Khaled Nahfawi, Jeddah lululemon Ambassador with expertise in the nine emotions of yoga, vinyasa, and meditation, highlight the importance and benefits of yoga:<\/p>\n

The event will run from 4.30pm on Saturday, 1st<\/sup> June for both Riyadh and Jeddah.
