JLL has been awarded program management consultancy services with AlUla Development Company<\/a>, a PIF company.<\/p>\n

The agreement will see JLL provide project management<\/a>, cost management<\/a>, and strategic consulting<\/a> services to oversee AlUla\u2019s transformation into a global tourism destination. This includes real-estate strategy support, and strategic guidance in the delivery and execution of its portfolio of hospitality, residential, retail, commercial and infrastructure assets, from feasibility studies, project planning to construction and handover.<\/p>\n

The appointment was formalized at a signing ceremony in AlUla’s office in Riyadh. The ceremony was attended by Sue Asprey Price, CEO, EMEA Work Dynamics of JLL; Fabien Toscano, CEO of AlUla Development Company; James Allan, CEO of Middle East & Africa of JLL; Saud Alsulaimani, Country Head KSA of JLL; Maroun Deeb, Head of Project & Development Services KSA & Bahrain of JLL; Ahmed AlHawas, Development Director of AlUla Development Company; and Talal AlMass, Development Director of AlUla Development Company.<\/p>\n
